De Chai Oriental Nimman - Sha Plus Hotel Chiang Mai, Chiang Mai

I was pleasantly surprised by this hotel. The rooms had some quirky design features, and my baggage was waiting for me, which was a nice touch. On the downside, having a shared bathroom was not ideal, but the presence of a couch made the room more comfortable.

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel! The rooms were clean and comfy with quirky design features, though the shared bathroom was not ideal. Bags were waiting for us in our room, which was convenient. The afternoon and night shift service was excellent, offering room service and housekeeping. The location was perfect, in a great neighborhood and near shopping areas. The dining included delicious made-to-order eggs and gluten-free dishes. The facilities were top-notch, providing everything we needed. The price was fair for the value received.

The hotel is situated in a great traveling area, with a convenient location close to the larger shopping center and the hall area. The rooms provided big windows where our baggage was waiting and included a shared bathroom and a comfortable couch. The service was excellent, especially during the afternoon and night shift, offering various convenient amenities like room service, car hire, and dry cleaning. The dining experience offered made-to-order eggs and delicious granola. The facilities were well-maintained and offered everything I needed for a comfortable stay.
